Perfect! A modest-looking walk-up motel on the outside, but with a top-notch front desk, nicely renovated and spotlessly clean rooms, and very comfy beds and pillows. Excellent value all around.

Some quirky touches such as the duck theme Locating the sink outside the bathroom is much more convenient and flexible than having it inside the bathroom. Some cutlery and crockery were supplied.

The lighting was largely confined to the edges of the room

Friendly Welcomers. Easy check in. Security guard in the parking lot at night. Comfy bed. Elevator. A/C was working. Modern rooms. Calm lighting. Saw some guests enjoying the bbq and picnic tables. *Booking still owes me $600 from a stay in California I had to cancel when my dad died. This was almost a year ago. They have told me they have the money from the hotel. Sure would like to see those funds.*
