The shower was hot and ice cold every 10-15 seconds with no input from me? Worst I can remember in78 years. Never again

This was a great value one night stopover en route from Jasper to Whistler. The room was very clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. We were a bit concerned about traffic noise due to the location near the highway, but our room was at the back and this wasn't a problem at all. Parking was free and, whilst you do need to drive if wanting to visit the town, there are many restaurants within easy walking distance of the hotel.

Level of cleanliness (in bathroom and on the carpets) was not up to your usual standards!

I loved the pool and I like how the security guard walks around to make sure there isnt any one causing trouble on the property

I didnt like the fact that they still haven't gotten back to me on a reason why im kicked out of every hotel in kamloops. The last time was with them and I had no complaints about anything . There were some charges to the credit card on file as well that didnt go thru but were fishy ... I am not pleased about either of those
