They were under construction. And rude about the room had to walk around the back and walked downstairs to go upstairs.No, elevatorWorking at the time was heavy paint smell and the room was not made up for us.

Hostess at desk was nice.

An earwig came out of the tub faucet. The plug to pull for the shower wouldn't go all the way up and the tub just kept filling up. The room view of the rocks was horrible. Room had black stuff all over the ceiling. Smelled like old lady perfume and it was supposed to be none smoking but the curtains were so smoke filled. The coffee in the room was expired, and not just by a little time, 3 of the 4 expired on 2025 and one expired in 2023. No offer of cream or sugar.

We’ve stayed here several times before and it’s always a nice experience. This stay however they are remodeling so navigating through the hotel was a little tricky. I’m not sure how long remodeling is, but keep that in mind if you’re planning to book. Our room was nice and clean and perfect though, no complaints at all. If you’re staying during the week you might hear noise from the remodeling but we stayed during a weekend so there was no noise. Overall a great stay as always!
