McKnight Hotel

The staff was super nice and helpful. However they were renovating and it was a mess. Elevators weren’t working. The halls were messy with debris lying everywhere. They honestly shouldn’t be open right now. The bathroom was also very gross. Looked liked mold everywhere.

place was under construction but we were not warned what we were about to walk into. the hallways were tore up doors off all of the rooms it looked like a nuclear war zone. felt very unsafe at 12:30 am. our actual room was well past the construction with no warning. our room reaked of fish the windows were taped up with painters tape and plastic and the door barely open and shut. we immediately took the elevator downstairs, slid the room keys on the counter and left and we were refunded the next day without asking.

The whole hotel was under construction but the website did not included that fact. I'm waiting for my from Expedia. Spoke with Sky the supervisor at Expedia and he positively assured me my refund in 24-48 hours

Hotel is still under construction, unsafe conditions in many areas. Room smelled strongly like stale smoke.

It was near family

It looks like they’re doing a long term remodel and trash, broken stuff and furniture lined the halls.

The lady at the front desk was super nice whenever we were checking in. We wanted to be close to downtown but not pay a fortune so this is the closest one.

The location was decent however it is on a one-way so when you’re coming in from downtown, you have to make a U-turn to get on the opposite side of the road to get to the hotel Would be nice if there was a middle lane but that’s not the properties fault. I understand that they are renovating this hotel. We stayed on the first floor, and the second we went around the corner. It’s a very, very strong smell of urine to the point where I actually plugged my nose every time I went out to the hall, but when we got to the room, it did not smell like that . It was simply just in that hallway. There was also missing tiles from the ceiling in the hall. there was water damage and the pool was completely filled with mattresses in my opinion. If you’re renovating that is something that maybe you would want to hide maybe put something over the window and doors so that your guest don’t see that you have 100+ mattresses stacked up in a swimming pool

Location was good, and there was no noise.

We would have liked breakfast provided. There was no maid service in 3 days.It was ok. Glad we were there when the renovation crew wasn't working! WmI don't remember seeing anything about work being done.
