"THEY DONT CLEAN BEDS"

This hotel is terrible staff sucks the hotel was filthy and they didn’t clean nor change the sheets after the people before us found someone else’s dirty socks under blanket toilet seat was broken asked them twice to refill our shampoo and it never got done smells horrible like dog pee. Was very rude about a dog fee when online it says pet friendly and nothing about a pet fee. They need to invest in a carpet shampoo machine and new maid this place was disgusting.

We have stayed here two years in a role for our San Angelo . The staff went above and beyond and help me with my needs. There is a IHOP right next to the restaurant but they also offer free breakfast and it was very good and there is a roadhouse steak place right next to it and we’ve eaten there two years in a row and they were very good too, so it’s a very nice facility and I would recommend it to anyone beds or wonderful

Very clean..very very comfortable room. Awesome coffee in the morning 🌄 Quick and easy check in and after 15 hours of driving..very much appreciated. Single female with fur baby felt very very safe.

The first room we had was very musty smelling! The we got another room and that one was ok, until the deodorizer wore off. The breakfast was pretty good.
