"Exceptional"

We have tried several properties in this area and this has definitely been the best. It was well maintained, clean, and had a terrific staff. Breakfast was great with many choices. The only thing we didn't like was the pool. It wasn't heated so the kids couldn't swim which was a bummer. But When we had a problem with our fridge, it was fixed right away. We will absolutely stay here each time.

"Clean Rooms and Friendly Service"

The Hampton Inn San Angelo has its pros and cons. While the property is older and in need of updates, our room was clean, and the service was excellent—definitely a highlight of our stay. "For our next visit to the area, we might explore the newer property across town, but the clean rooms and excellent service here make this Hampton Inn a reliable choice

Napkins were stuffed in the sides of the night stand draws because they wouldn’t stay shut, several light bulbs in the room were burnt out, and the tv only worked part of the time. Staff appeared annoyed at check in and were not very welcoming.

"Very disappointed with the pool!!"

Price

San Angelo has 2 hotels with indoor pools so we picked this one because we’ve stayed at many Hampton Hotels. Well, we were extremely disappointed with the pool. The water was ice cold so we had to find other things for our kids to do that wasn’t in our plan. We Will never stay there again or any possibly no other Hampton.

"Needs some renovation"

Hotel was shabby and sad. Room was short on lighting and furniture was missing. I was hesitant to walk on the carpet with bare feet. Mold in the shower and sink was cracked. The one bright spot was the woman in the breakfast room. She was welcoming and very helpful.

Everything was ok the only thing that I was upset is because the housekeeper was extremely noisy since 7 am. So please don’t do that because we are driving the whole night so we need to sleep that’s the reason we decide to stay at this location because is beside the freeway.
