Localização e café da manhã excelentes.

O ar-condicionado do quarto não é suficiente para suportar o calor, comprometendo o conforto da hospedagem. Além disso, no momento da reserva pelo Booking, solicitei 3 quartos de casal e 1 quarto de casal com cama de solteiro, sendo este último, inclusive, com valor superior aos quartos apenas com cama de casal. Contudo, no ato do pagamento, foi cobrado um valor adicional de R$ 110,00 sob a justificativa de haver uma criança hospedada com o casal. Tal cobrança causa estranheza, uma vez que é evidente que um quarto de casal com cama de solteiro é destinado a acomodar até três pessoas. Não se trata de solicitação de cama extra feita no momento do check-in, mas de uma configuração de quarto previamente reservada e já paga de acordo com sua capacidade de ocupação.
