Lovely room in a really good location

Construction noise across the road

Rooms almost look like a 3 or 4 star rooms, although the building looks shabby. It has as many amenities as you want. Staff is kind and helpful and efficient as you do not need to meet them directly as all is done through WhatsApp. I don't know but at least it should have been better if you could have a time to see each other and say hello.

We love that the property was close to the places we wanted to visit and easily accessible. The room looks even better than the photos and was very comfortable, had everything we needed and it also had Netflix on the TV, which was a nice touch. Apart from the room itself, we were impressed by our host Marko. He was very attentive and responsive from the start and thoughtfully checked in throughout our stay to ensure that we were comfortable. We really appreciated the detailed check-in instructions and seamless late check-out at 12.

Towel heating rack was non-functional (only for decorative purpose) but apart from that everything was amazing.

Odlična lokacija u samom centru veoma blizu znamenitostima grada. Moderne i udobne sobe opremljne uredjajima visokog kvaliteta. Levo i desno od ulaza u apartmane nalaze se dva odlična restorana. Najveći utisak je ostavio Marko kao domaćin. Od njega smo dobili detaljne informacije vezane za dolazak do apartmana i parking sve potkrepljeno fotografijama za lakše snalaženje. Jako brzo je odgovarao na svako naše pitanje i dao nam je dosta korisnih informacija da nam boravak u Zagrebu bude što prijatniji.

We arrived very late. Marko was a gem. He sent very vivid photos of the location as well as parking since we would be so late. He left drinks in the frig and kept in constant contact before our arrival. He truly went above and beyond.
