Positives: competitive price, friendly staff, front desk staff easy to contact Negatives: they didn't follow through with one of our requests, and not being able to charge tips at the restaurant on our room is not convenient

Mon auto a ete volée dans le stationnement de l'hotel dans la premiere rangee juste en face de l'entree principale. Le systême d'alarme de la voiture a sonné au moins durant 5 minutes. Aucun préposé ou agent de sécurité n'est intervenu. Je voulais voir les images des caméras de surveillance et c'était impossible. Je ne recommance pas cet hotel ce n'est pas securitaire du tout. Aucun retour de Quality Inn depuis cet evenement du 16 mars 2024,

"Not recommended for now"

Horrible room with left behind super stinky socks..had to change rooms. Hotel not updated for a while. Reception service friendly but requested to leave guarantee $ and would not be return until 5-7 days?!
