Sheraton Suites Market Center Dallas

It’s good, but not great. First of all, parking is crazy expensive. I’m sorry but almost 38$ a day to not even really be near any main attractions seems crazy. I’m sorry, it’s close to Medieval Times. But nothing not much else. The rooms are nice, and I appreciated the upgrade. Room was clean and the housekeeping actually took out the trash which was shocking. So a few key wins. The lounge… ya that was disappointing. Healthy snack options in the evening kinda don’t exist, minus the sad fruit bowl of apples. Breakfast… I don’t know what is going on with Marriott because it’s not specific to this property. But, the lounge had toast, bagels, English muffins, flavored muffins, some oatmeal.. etc. instead of putting out normal eggs, nope they give us premade breakfast sandwiches the size of a macaroon. Why? All the carb options are there to make whatever sandwich we want? But they take away the low carb options. Why? Room rates for this hotel are high, traffic in the area sucks, parking is outrageous and the lounge is subpar. If they fixed the lounge it would be better but I won’t book here again.

The bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful.

The smell when you opened the balcony door or room door of weed The car parking was 30.00 a day Buffet only on weekends It was not pleasant I would not stay there again Wine was 12 .00 a glass Beer was 14.00 It was ridiculous If anything I would like a full refund as that was not advertised

As soon as we walked in the room, we noticed it was dark dingy.Unlike the pictures online. About five minutes after being there, putting our bags down.We see a big cockroach run under the bed.So we grabbed all of our stuff and went downstairs. Cancel our reservation ask for refund. The hotel said they would absolutely refund our money, but booking dot com.Says they were not going to refund our money.So now we're debating that with you guys.

Too noisy. at night was difficult to sleep

The staff was great. Easy to get to places. Room had a microwave and fridge.

1. The bedroom is not very well lit.. I'm not sure if it's a thing in Texas? No overhead light on the ceiling and had two bedside light. 2. There were tiny ants in the bathroom area - by the sink and i kept killing them but more would appear. I spoke to the staff at checkout just as a FYI and she was great to help make my stay better. I'm sure if i had said something that night, i would get a change of room but it was small enough that i wasn't concern. But do take an extra glance at things.. They're tiny enough you can miss it but i so happen to catch 3-5 of them in a group on the way.
