Nothing really

Do not book this room if you plan on using the pool. The pool water is milky white with particles floating on the water. You can not see the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was just as dirty the first night. We did not get in, and on the second day I thought it would filter and be clean. Nope! The next day the pool was still as nasty. The outside pool is not even being cared for full of leaves and dirt. Which is probably affecting the inside portion of the pool. The hot tub was colder than the pool water. Ice cold! And to top it off the pool area has red ants. I was bitten on my legs and it burns and itchy like crazy. The shower head was a job in itself. Water sprayed everywhere no matter how it was adjusted. The door to our room would not read the key half the time. The room only came with 1 remote for 2 tvs and it only controlled half the function on one of the tvs. Staff dose not communicate, upon check in i told I could get a late check no problem. So I requested it then, at check out i called down to the front desk to confirm and the lady was rude and direct and told me there was no late check out available for me and it wasn't noted on my account. But once i asked then to fix the hot tub late check out was magically available. I was not happy with my stay and it ruined my birthday plans

EMPLOYEE THEFT OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF CORPORATE PROPERTY ON CAMERA The front desk staff offered to hold my belongings while I was in the hospital and acted like they were helping—only to turn around, take my property, and then claim they never had it, even though it was handed to them directly at the front desk on camera. On December 3, I was hospitalized and trusted this hotel with thousands of dollars worth of personal property, including my laptop. This was not informal—everything was given to staff at the front desk and documented on surveillance. The very next day, an authorized individual contacted the hotel and was clearly told my belongings would be held for up to 30 days. They even asked to have their contact information noted to make sure nothing happened to my items. Just days later, when we tried to arrange pickup, the hotel suddenly began denying they ever had my property. This is false. On a recorded call, staff admitted they had my belongings—then later reversed course and continued to deny it entirely. Since then, I have called repeatedly, my authorized representative has called, and even my attorney has contacted the hotel multiple times. Every attempt has been met with the same response: denial, no accountability, and no effort to resolve what happened. My property has never been returned. This is beyond unacceptable. If a hotel can take possession of your belongings, acknowledge having them, and then later deny it with no explanation, that should concern every guest. Nobody’s property is safe here. Especially if you are a business traveler relying on important equipment, do not trust this location. If something goes wrong, you may be left with nothing and no answers. I will never stay at this hotel again.
