Holiday Inn Manhattan at the Campus by IHG

Very friendly. Checked in late night and was very helpful.

The attached restaurant was dirty and poor service. We had to switch rooms because there was blood on the sheets on one of our beds. The front desk attendant was apologetic and switched our room right away, but from the comments she was making on the phone to me it sounded like there were many poor housekeeping issues going on this day.

My room was not clean. I had hair in my bed along with some black stuff. My tub looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed, we wore flip flops in their. I put some food in the fridge. Went to get it out the next day and it was bad because the fridge did not work. My daughter was excited because there is a pool, it was closed for maintenance but we were never informed that before booking. The walls are paper thin between rooms. I could hear everything our neighbors were saying, talking in a normal tone. The location is however great! Close to campus and Aggieville.

Everyone working there is so nice and helpful. Cheap price to add on a breakfast with quiet a lot of options for everyone. Conveniently located across from K-State and right next to Houlihan’s (also great service and food). Joshua at the front desk was amazing. He was so accommodating with our changing plans and explaining options and benefits for being an IHG member (free!) Great stay!

I woke up with bed bug bites on my hands and the front desk said they were going to refund my room and as I can see that has not been done and no one still has got back with me regarding this matter! I understand things like this happen but communication is the key here and assurance of a solution and a clean stay at a facility is they key here!

The staff was outstanding. The entire experience was excellent.

Specifically booked a Jacuzzi room and it didn't work. Upon checkout I reported it and they acknowledged it was out of order, no offer to reduce room rate. Otherwise accomodations were nice.

Loved the breakfast option; I don't know if this was available the last time I stayed but it was great.
