Location. And it was quiet

It REEKED like marijuana. Main floor by the front desk all the way to the third floor; no elevator? Couldn't enter the side door with our key card still had to walk all the way around; the towels had yellow stains; there was hair on the bathroom floor that was not ours; the room we originally booked was out of order? And was given a different room; the batteries needed replacing in the thermostat?! And there's no screen in the window?

Rooms clean and spacious. Beds and pillows comfy!

Bookin time pretty slow, even though I had prepaid with booking.com they still needed to scan my visa for $60 for damage deposit and take all my info again. No worries, just don't bother to prepay as it saves no time at front desk lol.

Excellent location and large clean room with super amenities.

Elevator was out of order and a few guests lingering outside regularly smoking weed.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

It was dirty. The carpets in hallways are stained. The elevator didn’t work. Our room had hair in the bathtub and stick to the bathroom walls. The hallway had a horrible odour.

Abdul was very accommodating. The elevator was not working and he went out of his way to make our stay comfortable

Ми приїхали з дружиною і дворічним сином, раніше чек іну. Подумав, запитаю можливо можна буде посилитися раніше , з доплатою. На рецепції. Після відповіді працівника, у мене взагалі бажання там лишатися пропало. І ми пішли в 30+ сидіти в машині з двохрічною дитиною , ще дві години. Хоча як потім я дізнався, вільні номери все ж таки були. Через пів години після поселення нам подзвонили з рецепції і попросили не давати дитині шуміти, бо сосіди з низу жаліються. Хоча жодного крику або шуму від нього не було. Просто дворічна дитина гралася в кімнаті. В 4 годині дня! Що ви мені пропонуєте зробити? Заставити його літати? Чи звʼязати? Можливо потрібно було не заселяти сімʼю з малою дитиною на останній поверх?, більше того - коли ліфт не працює. Дуже розчарований.
