"Not happy or pleased with this accommodation"

We were in hotels for 5 nights and this was the poorest breakfast of all

Elevator not working. Had to carry suitcases up stairs. Wifi not working. Not told about that until after we checked in. No plug in bathtub to have a bath. Air conditioner/heater full of dust and lint balls. Either hair or mold in corners of bathroom. Very limited breakfast.

"Disappointing"

Disappointing. The elevators were non-functioning, although the staff offered to carry our bags. More distressing, the wifi did not work the whole time we were there. I had a business video conference set up for the morning and had to cancel.

Rooms were spacious.

Not a great selection in breakfast. Took 10 minutes to get hot water for tea. High priced for 1 night. Prices were raised due to events in the city.

Big clean room for a reasonable price. And...,,,the waffle maker worked perfectly at Breakfast!,

The in room coffee.......all four packs were decaf.
