Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Roanoke Rapids, NC

It was a pleasant, clean hotel. We had a clogged sink, but Amanda tried to take care of it. Unfortunately, the only resolution was to move us to another room, which was fine. I would recommend adding grab bars in the walk-in showers, which are very nice. The breakfast selections were good.

All was well

We had no hot water in room. Also lamp and coffee maker didn’t work. Not good, but breakfast was wonderful, bed comfortable, staff kind and helpful and it was convenient to I95. But it was a good thing we were only there one night. Had to skip shower.

This place was disgusting...dirty, noisy, needs updated, kids running around in the hallways, people outside in the parking lot that you wouldn't want to get close to. The bathroom was especially putrid with dirty floor, caulking that was nonexistent in places, shower head not connected properly and the door had scratches where a previous renter had no doubt kept their dog while they were away. I would never stay here again.

Hotel itself was very clean and the staff was pleasant and easy to deal with. The only negative from my view was the breakfast. Unless you love waffles there wasn’t much else to chose from. Overall I would stay at this Hotel again. There are plenty of places to eat nearby making the location very convenient.

Pool was not open and this was the reason we choose this property.

Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. Rooms were clean and bed’s comfortable. Bathroom could have used a remodel. Bring noise canceling headphones because you will be sleeping right next to I95. Trucks sound like they are right outside window.

We stayed one night going to FL and back. Very nice place, clean, breakfast. All you need for one night.

I booked a room at Country Inn and Suites in Roanoke Rapids, NC with two queenbeds through booking.com. The room we were given had one twin bed. I went to the front desk and said there’s a mistake and we would be happy with a room with one queen or king bed, even though what we signed up for included two queen beds. I was told that because I signed up through a third-party there was nothing they could do and that in fact, they do not even have rooms with queen beds. I brought up the confirmation email which clearly stated a room with two queen beds in bold print. I was told I didn’t read the fine print which, she said, gave no guarantee of getting a room with the beds requested. So my wife and I are sleeping on the small twin bed tonight. Stay away from this hotel.
