"Super hotel met vriendelijke personeel en centrale ligging"

Bij binnenkomst gastvrij ontvangen door vriendelijke medewerkers die adequaat de incheck procedure verzorgde. De locatie van het hotel is centraal, nabij musea, park, Erasmus MC en uitgaansgelegenheden. Ontbijt is prima, van full English breakfast to French continental.

Niet van toepassing. Ik kom graag in dit hotel weer terug. Niets viel tegen, alleen maar positieve argumenten om hier weer naar toe te gaan.

El hotel es bueno y con una excelente ubicación

Me olvide una chaqueta y supongo que alguna persona de personal se la quedó y quisieron devolverme otra totalmente diferente. Además llamé al rato que me había ido para avisar , y recién después de varios días y llamados me respondieron que mandara un Mail con el reclamo , y al día de hoy no tengo respuesta , salvo una foto de otra chaqueta.
