First room we were provided had other people in it. Next room smelled musty
USBeds were comfortable, sheets were clean, air/heat worked. Good breakfast. Sonny,, on the front desk, was particularly welcoming and helpful. Good value for the money.)
Shower controls were very ticklish, going from nice hot shower to ice cold with the slightest touch. We stayed in an ADA room. Bathroom was spacious, but threshold to enter had about a 2 inch stepup(tripping hazard). The room was obviously converted from a standard room. i would suggest a complete remodel for ADA accessibility

A bit noisy with people hanging out front, but that didn't just last to long. We also had to park a good ways from the room.
