Spent 10 days here with our daughter, husband in law and 5 month old. An excellent resort with many facilities and top notch staff. Only comments we would make our lack of baby changing facilities and only very few Greek options on the menu. The hotel is SPOTLESS and feels like it opened a few months ago. Very tranquil.

The resort has it all...pools, access to the beach, etc etc. The beach part was closed for the first few days as it was finishing a renovation....but well worth the wait. Room was comfortable and generally the resort was immaculately clean. It feels like the hotel was opened a few months ago. It is obviously a popular destination for wedding parties at this time of year and this would normally spell chaos for a F&B team but I was amazed how they took it all in their stride.

The lack of baby changing facilities everywhere in the resort is an issue - and apparently across this part of Greece? The menus should have more Greek options other than the standard Greek salad.

Superschön Anlage, an manchen Stellen etwas „gestelzt“. Unser Zimmer, wir hatten ein Upgrade, war fantastisch. Der Gartenblick klasse, auch gut, weil die Sonne nicht ganztägig auf den Balkon schien. 1a Frühstück.

Keine Sonnenschirme auf den Balkons, das System der Minibar mit der Berechnung wessen, hat sich uns nicht erschlossen.

The hotel facilities are fairly new and well preserved. The beach infrastructure is good, and sun-beds comfortable. Breakfast is good. The staff, especially at the restaurant and beach, are very attentive and very kind.

There are 3 things that really brought down our overall experience for us: 1. The noise. Depending on where your room is located (ours was close to the entrance), you get 90% of the outside noise in your room. During the day, that’s fine. But at night, we underestimated the amount of drunk tourists that arrive in big groups late at night. In a single night, we had a couple of bus-sized groups come in at 2:00 and then at 3:00 in the morning — one after the other, that parked their groups outside our window singing and yelling for about an hour. At 7:00 a new group was already outside waiting for their tour bus. Another night, drunk wedding guests outside the window. Sleeping quality was very poor every night we stayed there. 2. There are simply not enough sun-beds for guests at the beach. What makes it worse is that the hotel opens up the sun-beds to people from outside of the hotel. Which means you’re competing for a sun-bed with with not only guests, but also outsiders. Quite a few guests couldn’t find sun-beds. 3. We paid extra for a sea view, that turned out to be more of a glimpse at the ocean that a proper view. We felt cheated that we paid more to have a relaxing ocean view balcony, and at the end get a parking lot filled with coming and going tourists at all hours, very little privacy, and a side barely view of the ocean.
