"Friendly staff and a lovely hotel in a great location"

We had a great 4 day trip here to relax. To get here from the airport is a 50 euro taxi, or rent a car. They gave my partner a complimentary bottle of wine in an ice bucket, and a dessert in the room, as it was her birthday. We thought we’d have this at dinner, but were worried they might not want us to bring it into the restaurant. In fact when we turned up at the restaurant, the waiter took one look at it and immediately provided a fresh bucket with ice and two glasses without us even asking. We would happily come back again.
