Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale West

La proximité de l’aéroport. Parking facile. Starbucks à l’intérieur de l’hôtel.

Pas de prise des deux côtés du lit. La piscine est emmurée en haut de l’hôtel. Les oreillers ne sont pas bon du tout et la literie est moyenne.

The location was Great ! Surrounded by restaurants. Mall nearby , etc

I waited 1 1/2 hours to check in! I arrived at exactly 4pm. I was told that there were no double beds available. Why?? I booked this room a week in advance . Unacceptable! I was in Fort Lauderdale for my daughter’s engagement party , which started at 6pm. We were extremely late because of the delayed check in !! Manger offered an apology to another family that had been waiting but completely disregarded me and my family . There was General manager on duty as well and he didn’t feel it was necessary to speak to me either . The room was old , broken bathroom fixtures , something was on the floor underneath kitchen sink cabinet ( we avoided the area). TV in the bedroom wasn’t working . Apparently, cable box was defective . It was finally changed out late Sunday evening. We were leaving the next morning ( checked in on Saturday evening ). This was the worst experience!! I was offered points and free breakfast. We did not eat anything from this hotel . I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!! The young lady at the desk was nice . However , her kindness didn’t make our stay anymore pleasurable .

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Wendy for the exceptional service she provided during my stay. From the moment an issue arose, Wendy was incredibly attentive, professional, and proactive in making sure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. What stood out most was her genuine commitment to customer service. She took the time to listen, understand the concerns, and ensured that the situation was corrected without hesitation. Wendy went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive, and her professionalism and follow-through truly reflect the level of hospitality you hope to receive at a Marriott property. Employees like Wendy make a real difference in a guest’s experience. Her dedication, responsiveness, and positive attitude turned what has been a frustrating situation into one that reminded me why I try to stay at Marriott properties even when dealing with issues at certain properties. Although my experience was desirable certain staff members made up for the issues I experienced

I can’t express how wonderful my experience has been at Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale! To start my check-in was fast and great. I opted for an early check-in where I met Brighton and Wendy instantly they welcomed me and made me feel at home and comfortable. They were so warm and accommodating. I knew from then on that I was going to have the most amazing day. The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful. There’s a wonderful bar a dining area that host a breakfast buffet, even Starbucks! There are lots of lounge spaces and outdoor seating with a beautiful fountain to greet you when you enter. Everyone was so nice and polite. It really felt like I was ushered into the space, not to mention all of the common areas are immaculate. My room was amazing a lovely comfortable king size bed with a spacious bathroom with double sink. The water pressure was perfect.. There was a living room with a sofa, work desk and a small table which overlooked the plaza that was attached to the back of the hotel. In the plaza there are many dining options and nightlife venues where you could go if you wanted to explore there’s also a shuttle (Hi Telisha!)that goes to the mall which is five minutes away from the hotel. The rooftop pool is heated and when I went to work out in the gym, it was simple but very clean all of the equipment was working order. I can’t express enough how accommodating and kind the team at Sheraton suites are. I will be staying there every time I visit Florida. Thank you Wendy! You are the best!!!
