Amazing costumer service!

Rooms are falling apart In my room the wallpaper was drooping down the wall and the corner of it was already down. They use white bedspreads that were disgustingly stained as was the carpeting . Staff was indifferent, value was 100% but not me ever again. They advised a pool and breakfast. Neither exist and they should tell you up front that it's a transient motel. Uggg

Advertised with a pool and breakfast but neither exist. One girl on the phone was rude, one was pleasant, the wallpaper was drooping down the far wall and coming down. White bedspread in a social services motel, which I didn't know or I wouldn't have stayed because kids were running around the pool that was empty which was closed I won't recommend or stay there again

The room was spacious and clean. The two-person, in-room Jacuzzi, which we didn't use, was a surprise. There was a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, and an iron and ironing board, BUT... (see below)

There were almost NO accessible electrical outlets! We were traveling with several devices which needed to be charged. Couldn't use the plugs in lamp bases without leaving on lights attached to them overnight. Only other available outlets were in the bathroom but had to run cord outside the door to find dry space big enough for a cell phone. We had to tilt the large headboard forward to unplug a bedside lamp and plug in a power strip (that we had luckily brought with us) in order to use a CPAP machine. Never used the coffee maker as that probably would have involved pulling out the refrigerator to get to an outlet. Not sure where the iron was supposed to be plugged in.
