2 free drinks and snacks at the bar is a nice touch. Didn't make it to breakfast because they stop serving at 9am. My opinion breakfast should end at 10am.

Not sure what changed but the hotel has went downhill in the last 4 years. Stayed there 4 years ago was nicer and much more maintained. Looking a little run down we noticed. Some of the fountains are empty and not even working. Our first room they put us in was filthy. Crumbs all over the floor and a fake eyelash laying in the shower with no air purifer. Had them move us to a different room, Room was actually clean besides mold all around the shower divider glass. The new room had an air purifer.

Sound proof rooms

The room was dirty and the breakfast was terrible Soggy waffles with no way to warm them up. The selection was awful and cold. Whatever happened to their wonderful breakfast. Will never stay or recommend this hotel chain again

The privacy of the space of our room , the breakfast, sound proof rooms, you couldn't hear anything going on out the in the hall or rooms next door , unless you open the door, And the hot water all a plus not warm but hot i love it..

It was so dusty had thick webs, just needs to dust he has asthma , omg I had to dust corner, vents , windows seals top of the bed , picture frames. My fiance was having an attack the first 30 min in the room .. the half of shower is dont like that modern day look I guess just my opinion.. water gets every where , oh they need new carts lol broken dont work 🙃 every one was struggling turning and pushing..
