"Convenient with great staff!"

Clean with great staff and amenities. Centrally located without feeling too inner city. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were helpful, friendly and kind.

Traffic flow is a-lot and can be dangerous pulling out of the street the hotel is on into main street traffic. There was actually an accident right in front of the hotel while we were there. The rooms are smaller than I am used to at a Hampton Inn.

"The hotel is great its Hilton that im getting frustrated with."

The staff was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable,and professional. The rooms were clean and my family enjoyed the complementary breakfasts. The staff was amazing with my grand daughter’s and my daughter who was very stressed about moving across the country with two small children.

The problems I have are not with this hotel but rather the brand. Over 6k on this particular trips hotel reservations and not one honor rewards point has made it to my account yet. Nor have any other points made it to my account from previous trips. Luckily two of the reservations were cancellable and i was able to switch the reservation onsite to my son in law and he received the points under his rewards account i just paid the bill.
