Quality Inn Elyria

Room was very good. The hot water could have been a little hotter. For an older hotel it was well maintained. Destiny, at the front desk, was very good.

Nothing everything that they advertise is not true

I went there to stay because it was a trip job and I went specifically to that hotel because the laundry and I when I get there, the laundry was out of service. They offer her room service and it’s not true. You have to ask for your food and they deliver from a third-party outside.

The staff at the front desk was great! My room had a strong smell of bleach but after about 30 minutes with the window open it was tolerable. Several of the light fixtures weren’t working but everything else in the room was fine. A good place to stay at a reasonable price.
