The personnel were really super with my questions and requests. Very helpful.

The place is showing its age. The showerhead leaked profusely, and it was obvious there had been several attempts to stop it (without hiring a professional). The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Overall good, we just quick stay overnight for rest and continue long drive

The facility was close by to other stores and all the areas to able to eat that was very inconvenient. The only problem that I saw is, I took my pet with me . They did not have a clean area when it snows for me to able to take the dog outside these are things that need to be improved. Have an area for the dogs and also I noticed there was not an ashtray close to where the people were throwing their cigarette butts. They were cigarette butts all over the place. They need to have an area for smokers that they can keep the place neat and clean

The property was okay and convenient to restaurants where you had options as to where to eat.

Comfy bed, clean, everything worked, dog welcome, spacious room, basic breakfast

Torn sheer window curtains, torn shower curtain, ragged wash cloth, crack in sink basin. Discrepancy in extra fee per pet between booking.com listing ($15) and the check-in receptionist ($40 per regular dog, $20 per service dog.)
