Location, friendly helpful staff, large room, free water in reception

My room was clean but needed a deep clean as in there was dust and the carpets could have done with a clean and the bathroom needed some attention to the stubborn mould

Location is perfect and the building and foyer area is very impressive

The room was dated, the windows were filthy and we asked for a double bed and got two single beds pushed together
