facilities Good service Clean and tidy

Wouldn’t advise using booking.com, as the room we needed up with was very outdated, dirty, unpleasant smells. Fortunately a lovely girl called amber working there helped us get a better room for a better stay. We were ready to leave and go back home until we got the offer to look at another room.

Nice entrance. Easy online check in and received an email to let us know our room was ready.

Staff are so friendly and location great. Leisure facilities good. Always come with my friends and we enjoy it.

Location was good - breakfast was ok.

The room I had booked was not available - wanted a double bed. Staff were courteous and offered late check out, drinks vouchers and spa pass. Later relocated to a double room- but had view of a blank wall. Very noisy location- very difficult to sleep and had to keep the windows closed even though it was very warm. No aircon. Hotel is in desperate need of a refit - shabby chic?

A lovely old building and really handy for the station

I didn't like paying for using the small swimming pool.
