Everything was as advertised. I found this to be an excellent value. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast, while typical in style for hotels, was better than others. The availability of shuttle service to the Texas Rangers ballgame was very convenient, especially for less than half the cost of parking. Overall, a very good experience.

This is a wonderful property! From the minute we walked in to the morning we left, we enjoyed every minute of our four-night stay. Upon arrival, Crystal warmly greeted us and I think she could tell we were dog tired from driving. She gave us a room with a view of Six Flags and Globe Life Field,which was the main reason for our visit. My husband brought me to see my Cubs play for Mother’s Day. Our room was very inviting; king bed with a sofa and a desk. Very clean and bright. The bed had plenty of pillows and the bathroom had ample towels. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and the water was hot! Good, strong pressure too. Good choice of tv channels. The a/c blew cold and quiet. In the evenings we went to the bar/grill in the lobby and had a drink and an appetizer (they offer quite a few choices but we’re not big eaters. Looked good, though!). We enjoyed the food and the portions were generous. The breakfast buffet was great; every morning they offered eggs and meat, bagels, toast, oatmeal, fruit, waffles shaped like Texas, muffins, juice, and coffee. The seating area had plenty of tables. The ice machines had ice! IYKYK There was a little pantry in the lobby to purchase snacks, cold drinks, and microwave items. We didn’t avail ourselves of this service but it always looked well stocked. We were so relieved that this property is so awesome, especially after driving two days from Florida and having an unpleasant experience in Vicksburg on our way. If we come back to Arlington, this is definitely where we will stay. Thank you for maintaining such a great property.

The location is awesome, perfect for the place we were visiting, the shower was amazing and the room was spacious enough for my family and at a great price.

When we checked in the front desk member gave a key that didn't work, I had to go back to the lobby to ask them to give me a new key,When I finally got the door to open I found out the room was still occupied by someone else, there were clothes and a kid's back pack on the bed. I went back to the front desk in the lobby and the lady who helped was indifferent and it seemed she didn't believed me but she kept looking at her computer, she never apologized for the inconvenience and after a few minutes gave a new set of keys for another room. But I guess like everywhere it all depends on the person who is helping you at that moment, the shuttle driver was very friendly as well as another front desk member who helped my wife later that day.

Bar closed to early and room size was small for 4 people

It was clean,convenient location, and I liked the amenities. The desk clerk named Crystal was amazing and went above and beyond to help me and my daughter when we checked in on May 2nd. I was.satosfied with the room.
