I still waiting my deposit refound. The concierge told me that automatically when I check out, I will see my credit used amount back. Please help!

Offered shuttle service to drop cat off the night before and pick up in morning

Shower head poor, cleaning needed, peeling paint on and around ac unit, floor dirty carpet, needs up dating terribly. Bed too lumpy, breakfast ok.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was gross. There were spots on the carpet that looked like literal poop. Our room keys quit working every single day so we had to get them reprogrammed. Annoying.

Location

Shower had zero water pressure. No bathtub. Tv was defective. There was only a few things out for so-called "breakfast". Side doors couldnt be accessed from the outside so you had to go to the front entrance every time. Cleaning wasnt real important here. Light switchplates were dirty and those are easy things to clean. Whoever owns it doesn't take much pride in it.
