The Front Desk personnel was amazing

Doors did not shut properly, including the door to the room, felt unsafe. Full trash bags left by one of the exit doors,one inside the building and one outside by the trash can by the door, both bags left there all weekend. Light in the shower! Kept blinking off and on (in the shower) who puts a light in the shower. Hallway carpets fraying and black tape on the ends to keep them down carpet not vacuumed.

Staff were friendly

We were not very impressed with the rooms that we were in or the facilities and features at your property.  First off, we were given a key for room # 204 for three adults and one child.  Our granddaughter wanted to take a shower before bed and the shower itself was terrible.  It was almost impossible to turn the shower on and then once I got it turned on, you could not regulate the temperature and the water was scalding.  So, that being said my wife went down and asked for a new room.  The lady at the desk was very gracious and assigned us to room 209, so we lugged everything over there and the shower was not much better but it did work and she was able to have a shower. The room was very tired and in need of some major repairs with holes in the walls, the bathroom door was peeling and worn. The pool was again in need of maintenance.  The water was murky, and had a foul odor to it, as if it hadn't been looked after for quite some time.

The bed had evidence of recent bedbugs. The sheets and lamp had stains of an unknown substance on them and the doors looked like they were recently kicked in. We did not stay. We left and requested a refund immediately.
