Emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter le centre de Madrid. Juste en dehors de la zone ZBEDEP. Chambre très confortable. Bon rapport qualité-prix pour Madrid.

Parking avec peu de places. Équipements limités dans la chambre pour un 4*. Pas de bouilloire ni de machine à café.

Hotel moderno, stanze ampie, letti comodi e bagno spazioso. Ottima colazione salata e dolce con frutta fresca. Personale alle reception molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione comoda e centrale a 5 minuti a piedi da Plaza de Espana.

Nulla, solo un suggerimento: mettere in stanza una bottiglia d’acqua di benvenuto.

"Pasada por agua"

Nos asignaron la habitación 503, entramos y olia un poco extraño. A las 2 de la mañana del día siguiente al volver de un concierto descubrimos por qué; llovió fuera pero también dentro de la habitación…al llegar encontramos todo el suelo, cama y ropa mojada con olor a humedad y una gran gotera en el techo. No era la primera vez que pasaba, es decepcionante que ofrezcan una habitación así a los clientes.
