antes de llegar al hotel estuve llamando durante dos dias para que me confirmen la reserva, dos dias estuve esperando que alguien me responda. Los unoers que tienen para contacto nadie los contesta a pesa de estar activos

No se comunican, ni responden llamadas oportunamente. La atencion de algunos de los encargados, no es la mejor.

La comunicación con el spa solicite hacerme masajes para el día domingo, me Dicen que si, después que no podrían y después que el lunes nos podía atender 1 persona y éramos 3 la de la masajes entonces cancelamos, increíble que un punte festivo no tengan personal para el spa
