I stayed at Lancaster House for 5 days and the stay beyond exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, comfortable, and had modern amenities. The location was in a safe area and centrally located next to restaurants and various shops. The restaurant served delicious, traditional, Colombian food throughout the day and room service was also offered. There was a gym, sauna, and jacuzzi in the hotel. The staff was cordial, professional, and helpful. It’ll be the only place I stay in Bogota.

The guys who help at the door are very friendly.

The receptionist for the night shift was bit rude. I think some costumer service training will help with it.
