The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big enough and the beds were comfy. The building is old and you see the effect in the rooms but nothing to really complain about. We stayed for one night on our way to Paris and it was quite OK. We also had breakfast in the hotel which was good.

There wasn't anything we need to really complain about. For the price, it was OK. There were no non-french TV channels, but you can broadcast your own device if you like. Breakfast could have had some vegetables (cucambers, bell peppers) and fresh fruit but no one would go hungry with what was offered. All in all, a decent hotel for a night's stay.

Hôtel conforme à la qualité des hôtels Mercure donc très bien, sans surprise, emplacement parfait pour visiter Metz

Manque de places de parking, un partenariat avec le parking St Thibault serait le bienvenue, ventilation dans les chambres un peu bruyante, déco de la chambre un peu impersonnelle.

旧市街まで徒歩でのアプローチ、静かでローケーションは最高駐車場も隣接していて、12ユーロはリーズナブル受付のスタッフがとてもフレンドリー

部屋に冷蔵庫がなかった 5月だけど急な冷え込み。暖房がエアコンしかなく部屋が寒かった

Goeie ligging in het stadscentrum

Verouderde kamers, geen minibar op de kamer. Geen 4 sterren waard, weinig keuze bij ontbijt. Duur voor hetgene je krijgt. Oploskoffie op de kamer, gordijn was kapot. Niet kunnen slapen wegens teveel lawaai van buren, receptie gemeld maar ze deden er niks aan, jammer.

Besonders nettes Personal und eine gute Lage. Direkt am Hotel ist auch ein Parkhaus-21,50 Euro für 3 Tage !! Und im Hotel kann man auch Mittag oder Abendessen und es gibt eine Bar.
