The apartment is in very calm and nice location, you can have your breakfast and enjoy seaview which totally corresponds to what you see in the photos. Sleeping with the sound of waves is majestic.

Die Lage in erster Reihe zum Meer. Phänomenal!

Der intensive Geruch in der Wohnung durch die Duftspender. Dadurch hatte ich anfangs Kopfschmerzen, was nicht schön war. Außerdem hat die Klimaanlage unangenehm gerochen. Sicher ist eine intensive Reinigung überfällig.

"Espensive stay - Lack of comfort for a good location"

The apartment building is well located in the lovely La Cala del Molar. The apartment I stayed had a living room and two rooms facing the beach. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly, she came when I needed help to connect the TV and also sent help fast to repair the broken switch for kitchen lights. A very expensive stay, not a good value unless you prioritize location over comfort. Young owners don't prioritize guests comfort.

At arrival I was greeted with a 100 euro charge deposit for incidental damages, before receiving the keys. I didn't see this charge described in the listing at booking or after. This was my 6th stay on this trip and nobody had requested a deposit before. As a fellow STR owner I was taken aback by the owners disregard of guests reviews about how hot the apartment was due to lack of air conditioning or a broken unit 2 months before my arrival and still nothing has been done. As a fellow host I take my guests comfort seriously. When I got the keys I mentioned the place was an oven and I was going to have hard time sleeping due to my serious asthma, thing that ended up happening as I had to sleep in the living room the 4 nights I was there. The living room has a very old air conditioning and one standing fan, the other two rooms have small ceiling fans that provides no air circulation to the rooms as fans are extremely small. The apartment I stayed had the living room and rooms all facing the beach so it was really hot even in September. I could've stayed an extra 3 nights but the heat at the apartment had me running to another place, each room should have AC if they face the sun all day. Parking is limited in the area and I believe in summer months must be really hard to find.

LAS FOTOS DE BOOKING ME INDUJERON A ERROR, PENSANDO QUE ESTABA ALQUILANDO UN ATICO. LAS CAMAS INDIVIDUALES MUY ESTRECHAS Y UNA DE ELLAS CON UN COLCHON MUY MALO. LAS VENTANAS QUE DAN A LA CALLE SON MALAS, NO AISLAN ACUSTICAMENTE, HAY MUCHOS RUIDOS POR LOS BARES QUE HAY ABAJO Y POR LOS VECINOS (PAREDES CON MALA AISLAMIENTO). LAS PUERTAS NECESITAN LUBRICANTE, HACEN MUCHO RUIDO, ESPECIALMENTE POR LA NOCHE.
