As summarized by previous travelers, YES, the beds are HARD AS A ROCK. Pathetic, NOT FIRM, HARD AS STONE!! The NOISE LEVEL IS RIDICULOUS. Fire alarms going off at two, three in the morning. Loud music, talking, sirens from outside, Loud talking from lobby, every time elevator is used you can hear the DING from elevator. Sensor lights beaming through door jams throughout night when someone walks through hallways. DOUBLE BED, is more like a dorm room. Super SMALL bed, room, bathroom. Shower feels like your in a fish tank. No room for your toiletries, Breakfast is an egg, with choice of arepa or toast. Or arepa with a piece of cheese. One cup of coffee, and if lucky you might get some fruit if they have any for the day. Again, hotel personnel are GREAT, staying at this hotel itself is AWFUL!!

We were supposed to stay here 2 nights but after the first one we changed to a different hotel.. Apart from the rooms being clean, everything else is bad. Horrible uncomfortable and narrow bed, no A/C, loud noises from the reception (we were awoken at midnight by the highheels of the receptionist walking in the hall). The bathroom is too small and nowhere to put your cosmetics bag. I recommend you pay a bit more to stay in a 5-star hotel in Pereira as hotel star-ratings seem to have different standards in the city...
