"Great location with comfortable rooms."

Great location for us. Liked the option to get a suite with separate bedroom. Breakfast bar was good. Staff friendly. Having the room serviced daily was really nice.

Only 1 elevator was working which caused backups and long waits to get to your room or down to the main lobby.

"Standing around waiting for elevators"

The was only 1 elevator working which made difficult at times. I was told the elevator has been down for over a month. 1 elevator for 8 floors unacceptable

1 working elevator for an 8 floor hotel. Elevator has been down since Sept 2025 but that is not noted anywhere when making reservations.
