Drury Inn & Suites Columbus Polaris

All the hotel staff are very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the location is excellent. The bathroom is very clean. I will definitely return to this wonderful hotel on my next visit to Columbus.

We took our son and a couple of his friends to Columbus to celebrate his 12th birthday on Friday. We checked into the Drury and booked two hotel rooms connecting. The Drury used to be my favorite hotel, but I will never stay at another one ever again. After we got back from the trampoline park, the boys went swimming. They were in the hot tub and we went and checked on the Hockey score. My husband came back two minutes later and there were teenage kids trying to drown our children. Then these grown adults got in my husband‘s face and were cursing and screaming at him and asking him if he wanted to take the fight outside. My husband just wanted to take the boys and leave, but they were cursing and smelling of pot. Apparently the manager and the police were called and we were asked to leave at 10 o’clock at night. The manager would not even listen to us. It was horrific. But the people causing the scene and cursing and screaming, and trying to drown our 11 and 12-year-olds were allowed to stay. The discrimination was jaw dropping.

Only 1 elevator working

Everyone employed at Drury was polite and helpful. The evening buffet was taste and satisfying, and a pleasant surprise. We would definitely stay there again, maybe for our anniversary next year too!

The hotel is in a good location, very clean, and staff were great. Room was very comfortable with good lighting. Breakfast and evening meals had huge selection
