Room rather dark and cold

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel an idealer Lage. Freundliches Personal. Angenehm grosses ruhiges Zimmer mit guter Einrichtung in etwas düsterer dunkelbrauner Farbe. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück in angenehmem Ambiente.

Die Matratzen in unserem Zimmer sind schon etwas durchgelegen...Wir würden einem Parkettboden dem vorhandenen Spannteppich aus hygienischen Gründen den Vorzug geben.

The bed was cosy and comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped and nicely organised and the amenities are great! The staff very helpful and professional.

The rules specifically indicated no smoking, yet the room was pungent with the smell of Marijuana. It was literally unbearable, and for a premium room as such it is unnacceptable. Additionally, it is listed as soundproof, yet I could hear the people from the next room talking like we were sharing a room and there was no wall in-between.

Roadworks in the area are terrible. Not the hotels' fault and the soundproofing was excellent. However there was some danger on the street as you had to walk under scaffolding.
