Hampton Inn Dover

We checked in to the hotel very late around 12 am and at 9:15 am me and my kids came to have some breakfast but there was nothing left , no eggs , no sausage , no muffins no bagels only waffles which my kids are not eating. I asked lady if she can refill the trays with eggs she started to complain that she served already 30 people and she doesn’t have anything left. So why did I choose your hotel if breakfast had to be included but you don’t have enough of product. Unfortunately I had to go to Starbucks across the street and buy breakfast over there. The lady was very mean to my son he is 12 years old when he asked her if she could give him some boiled eggs. He’s a soccer player and he had full day of soccer competition in that area and he needed to have a good breakfast unfortunately it didn’t work out I will never come back to this hotel.

There was little to no traffic noise. Excellent breakfast.

Shabby front desk area. Dirty rug, etc. Extremely noisey air conditioner seemed to boom on each time. Dark hallways. Slidding barn door to bathroom. Large drapes over hook on wall for a closet.

Loved the location , lots near by

No pool inside for the field hockey girls. Large tournament near by, and lots of girls wanting to do the pool in their down time.

Staff acknowledged us quickly and provided quick and clear hotel information for our stay.

Overall, good conditions/stay. Interior is a bit outdated, in need of an update.

For a short overnight day, the staff was accommodating, friendly and very welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast. It definitely made me feel like I was in a safe place. I will be back to stay here whether it is one night or longer.

Clean and quiet. Food was basic. Staff were good.
