"good accommodations but smelled horrific"

Your employee Clifton was the absolute best. He was so polite and helpful. A true asset to your company, However the room itself smelled so bad like animal urine. The smell was SO strong that I contemplated leaving immediately but I stayed anyway. I was treated well by Cilfton but the smell was overpowering and the morning staff were slightly rude as well.

Upon arrival,lady at desk was soo friendly and welcoming.Helpful with ideas for food n just so nice. Guy at checkout was just the same.would definitely stay here again.

That the pool closes at 9 instead of 10.
