Clean and I love the large tub in my room!!

I loved everything

I stayed 5 nights for a work training. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, but when I first arrived, the room wasn't even clean. The sitting area had food crumbs all over the floor and food residue/stains on the food tray. I went down and asked the receptionist if they could please vacuum and wipe the tray. They sent a man who vacuumed, but when I asked him to wipe the tray he just grabbed some paper towels from under the sink and wet them-- I could have done that! It made me lose confidence whether other surfaces in the room were sanitized as well. I found later that the comforter had a mystery dirt stain as well, but I just wiped it off myself and tried to use the sheet as a barrier. The room was generally very worn, and sub-par. There were noticeable stains on the carpet- maybe because this was a pet friendly hotel. The kitchenette was fine and convenient. There was a microwave, basic dishes, a dishwasher, and an electric cook top. I only used the fridge and microwave though! There is a small gym on the lower level I didn't use but looked okay, and an outdoor pool. The daily breakfast was also sub-par. I can usually find things I like at hotel breakfasts, but it was mostly breakfast tacos. I had cereal or yogurt some days. I had coffee every day, which was inconsistent. The most annoying part was the man who worked there trying to get me to eat his hot breakfast and me having to awkwardly tell him no thanks in the mornings. Please tell him to leave your guests alone! I chose this place based on location to my work destination, which was great, but otherwise I did not like it. I will not come back and would not recommend it to others.

Great location and pleasant surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. Special thanks to Ridvan and Embi at the front desk. Great customer service from both. Their service always reflected a friendly and empathic attitude which resulted in the prompt resolution of unforeseen situations during the stay.

I love this property. I have stayed there before and I’ve already booked another stay.
