"Dirty. Cancelled my future reservation."

Awful stay at this hotel. First when I walked in the guest room it did not smell clean. I walked into the bathroom and the light above the sink was broken. The toilet is gross and very dirty. The fan was loud and needs fixing. One of the towels was gray and looked dirty with a hole. The signal on the tv kept going in and out so that we couldn’t watch anything. There was no plastic bag in the ice bucket. Instead I took a plastic cup looking for ice, but the ice maker on the 2nd floor AND the first floor were broken. At least the customer service attendant was nice enough to let me have a cold bottle of water. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower so I had to go without that morning. The housekeeping should probably check those regularly. I was so uncomfortable staying in the hotel that I cancelled a future reservation I have there in favor of a different hotel.

Breakfast was great. The location was easy to access. Lot of surrounding businesses and restaurants close by and most restaurants were in walking distance.

No bacon for breakfast.

Disappointed on the things that matter to me like TV and stations. No remote. Smelled like paint because of the remodeling. Not friendly. And high price for this kind of room. I found a lot better one for less at the end of my trip.

The staff was great! Paid $ 425.00 for my stay and nothing worked I'm very disappointed will NOT recommend anyone to stay there!! pay that kind of money!! DISAPPOINTED!!
