The people were very nice, the hotel is doing some upgrades and noisy as late as 7:P. They did pick us up at the airport after several miscommunications from a sister hotel. That was a nice and the employee went above and beyond what is expected. There isn't much within walking distance for food. The room was supposed to be feather free but it wasn't and extra towels are on my profile but those had to be retrieved from another room. I got an apology and a promise of points but that didn't happen. We stayed at the TownPlace Suites also. I highly recommend staying there as everything is close or a quick trip to and from the airport. The staff at TP suites do a great job. Thank you Julie!
