Breakfast was good. The pool was nice.The place was clean.

The temperature in the room was extremely warm and the thermometer didn't work even when we tried to turn on the AC. We had the manager come up and everything and it still didn't cool down. Also the hot tub bubbles/jets wouldn't turn on and no one seemed to know why. It was a bit frustrating.

Great service, clean, comfortable room and very friendly, welcoming staff. We would absolutely come back here. My friends and I drove to Bangor to visit a friend in the ICU. We called the Fairfield to see if we could check in early and the front desk guy, Daniel Balleza, got us an open room at a great rate. We were able to check in at 8am, 10 minutes after making the booking. No extra cost for coming in early. Another local hotel would not let us check in before 12pm and didn’t even try to accommodate us.
