Didn't get experience nothing but rudeness

The Guy working the night we went to check in was so unprofessional and insensitive and they ft being broken he told us it had been broken for three weeks. We'll i booked two weeks ago and I told that I requested a accessible room. Then asked me if I booked though a third-party I said why does it matter he that thought booking don't get looked at until arrived so we have to refund you every thing else was booked so we were on the street in wheelchairs all night worse vacation ever.

De buurt is echt slecht. Overal om het hotel zitten dakloze mannen. Niet agressief, maar zeker niet prettig. Ook was er op maandagavond geen restaurant open, hou daar rekening mee

They have hidden fees

It was close to our concert venue. The breakfast was alright. The view was alright.

The staff were dismissive. I called the front desk to ask about our room before we arrived. The phone rang for 6 minutes and then, when it was answered, I heard a sigh and was hung up on. I called and it took another 6 minutes for them to answer. We finally get to the room. The plug behind the tv in the first room doesn't work. The table beside the couch is chipped. There was a thing of cups in a bag beside the mini fridge and they were somehow dirty?? The pillows were not the best either and the soap, body wash, and shampoo smelled awful. 3/10 I will not be staying here again. It was much too expensive for the quality.

The breakfast had a nice selection and the staff was very nice. That is the only good thing about this hotel

Room smelled like mildew and mold. rooms were unsafe as almost all locks were broken. Water was not hot. Beds were not comfortable..rooms were super hot no matter what the thermostat was on. overall the smells were the worst. The elevator had only one working which was very inconvenient.. junkies and homeless everywhere outside. Valet was confusing and expensive.
