Booking.com described my room as having a balcony and a sauna. Having never seen the place before, I thought, thar sounds nice. Well, none of that was true. Booking.com just writes whatever and it has nothing to do with the owner . I'm sure he'd be surprised to read the description of his property.

The front desk clerk was rude. When I booked, I alerted the facility that I was traveling with my service dog. When I arrived to check in, I was directed to the sign at the front desk that pets were not allowed. If that was clearly stated on the booking site, I would not have stayed there. I stated that she was a service dog, but the clerk didn't know what I was talking about. I was confused as I was greeted at the facility by a dog barking at me from the front balcony. When I tried to alleviate the situation, I was dismissed like I was a 12 year old who didn't wipe their feet when I came in the door. When I got to the room, all the appliances were unplugged, and I needed to chill some perishables. I wasn't going to talk to the front desk again because of how I was treated when I checked in. After 4 hours, I was able to use the refrigerator.
