"não tem ar-condicionado e estacionamento sempre cheio"

a localização é espetacular. a beleza do hotel.

o ar-condicionado não funciona, ventila, não funciona. o hotel desliga os ares-condicionado e te oferece ventilador. um calor de 40 graus e o quarto um forno. feito a reclamação me levaram num quarto cheio de ventiladores e disseram que se eu quisesse um era só carregar um até o quarto. o estacionamento estava com carros que não eram do hotel. reservei e avisei que estaria com carro, que precisava de uma vaga. chegando não tinha e precisei parar num estacionamento a 1,5 km de distancia, e sem segurança.
