De wat te verre afstand van het historische stadscentrum. De dagelijkse acrobatiek om de gordijnen te sluiten. Het storende geluid van de overjaarse airconditioner.

Las camas fueron realmente cómodas. La habitación grande y limpia. El servicio a la habitación fue amable y rápido.

En el desayuno, el área del restaurante es muy pequeña para la cantidad de personas que están alojadas en el hotel y poco personal. Sin embargo el personal fue muy amable con la situación de que había una cola larga de espera para tomar el desayuno.

Buona posizione vicino alla metro, oceanografico e spiaggia. Letto comodo e lungo 2.1 m, colazione internazionale di buon livello.

All was well. A bit far from down town and tourist attractions. But quiet area and easy access to bus transportation.

The hotel is an old, which is good because the rooms and bathroom is old fashioned meaning large. We took 2 double rooms, the AC in one of them was not working. Overall, a bit expensive for its value. The breakfast pastries is a waste of calories. More choices work be recommended.

La ubicación, es cómodo

La resolución de una incidencia con los de Comercial, nada comprensivos. Y terminé pagando una noche sin usar la habitación.

The restaurant staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had lunch there one day, and everything was delicious. There is a bus stop just a two-minute walk from the hotel, and the City of Arts and Sciences can also be reached on foot. Water bottles were free and the room had kettle and tea.

Breakfast was average, with a rather limited selection of dishes. For a four-star hotel, I expected more. The soap dispenser was broken and had to be pressed many times to get enough soap. The body lotion was very watery and smelled awful. In addition, several tiles in the bathroom were damaged, which negatively affected the overall appearance of the room.

Staff were lovely & friendly. Room was brilliant - very spacious & very clean. Beds were very comfortable and the towels were super soft. Air con was great too - no problems in the comfort & cleanliness of the whole hotel. Late check out was perfect & being able to store my bags all day before my flight was so helpful. I was worried after seeing mixed reviews but I had a wonderful stay. Felt very luxurious for the price I paid. Would highly recommend.

Note: no coffee provided with the kettle, tea only (not a problem, but if you're a coffee drinker, it's worth noting as I would've brought some of my own for lazy mornings) Location was a bit far out from the centre. Well connected with the metro & buses, but as a solo traveller would have enjoyed staying central to explore more of the city at night time as the metro stopped running at 23:00. Area wasn't particularly touristy, felt like a local in this area of Valencia. Closer to Oceanogràfic & Ciudad de las Artes y Las Ciencias than the City Centre. If this hotel was located in the city centre I would stay time & time again (and maybe if there was a pool too!). Other than location, I would highly, highly recommend. Well worth the value.
