Quality Inn & Suites Bloomington I-55 and I-74

The breakfast was great. Hotel was convenient.

The room door did not close and lock automatically. A serious safety issue.

Breakfast had very little selectionly, waffles and one breakfast sandwich type. Only instant coffee for breakfast yuck. Lucky for my family we went down the street to McDonald's.

Great breakfast options.

No gym

The hotel was awesome, clean rooms and comfortable beds.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. They ran out of waffle mix at 7 am and breakfast goes until 9.

Nothing

Everything, the room Was extremely small, a hole was punched in the bathroom Door that they covered with white puddy, the floors were dirty and the room had so much air freshener that it affected my allergies, then was told pet fee was 30$ they charged us 105$ which was more than the room was , the breakfast is only continental at best, this was a horrible experience and will never stop here again will look for a different hotel next time in area.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We were traveling with our son and his family also and they were more sensitive to room odors and asked for room change. The staff changed both rooms and let us examine them first to insure they were ok. Very polite!!
